  This In-Form case does what Z102 does, but without fortran coding.
  Specifically, it sets the inter-phase-transfer coefficients, and
  the interface enthalpy values, for a simple two-phase-flow case.
  
  First, case z102 is loaded. Then NAMSAT = NONE is set, to 
  deactivate.
