   This is a simplified car park case, used as an example to
   demonstrate PARSOL new feature of scrutiny of cut-cell
   detection.  The case consists of spiral steel floor and 
   cylindrical concrete wall, these two object touches each
   other at their joint, therefore to form double cuts in 
   some cells near the joint in the Cartesian grid. 
   PARSOL is not yet able to handle this complexity. But user 
   can create file called PBC_TEST with instructions in it
   so as to influence PARSOL cut-cell detection.  E.g., following
   lines in file PBC_TEST will block some cells by FLOOR object.
