Case1: Time step specification for unsteady problems.

Here, within the limits of one dependent variable, H1, and four independent variables, X, Y, Z and time, PLANT is used for specification of two time step sizes. The first step is supposed to be equal to 5 sec, while the size of the second time step is made a result of division of smallest cell size by largest velocity magnitude.

The actual solution for H1 is of no significance, so that no initial and boundary conditions for H1 are introduced.

The non-uniform grid and velocity field are initialised for expected size of the second time step to be 0.1 sec.
