---- Autoplot Help ----

2D

---- Autoplot Help ----

2D Only active for BFC grid files. Switches back to normal 2-D plotting.

See also HELP on : 3D

3D

---- Autoplot Help ----

3D Only active for BFC grid files. Activates 3-D plotting of grids. The program will prompt for a view-point. Once a data-element has been created, its view-point cannot be changed, as the 2-D to 3-D transformation is performed as the data is read in. All subsequent elements will have the same view-point, untill the next 3D or 2D command.

4VIEW

-------------------------------------- Photon Help ----

4V[iew] is a REPLAY command which enables the plotting of up to 4 frames at once, by dividing the screen into quadrants. The four frame arguments specify a frame number to be plotted in a given quadrant (clockwise from bottom left), or 0 if the quadrant is to be left blank. Subsequent DRAW commands will fill the blank quadrants.

For example, '4V 1 2 3 4 ' will plot frames 1-4 on the screen.

REDRAW may be used to redraw the screen.

See also : REPLAY, CLEAR, NOCLEAR, REDRAW

4VIEW

-------------------------------------- Photon Help ----

[4view] splits the screen equaly into 4 parts. Each part of the screen contains one frame.

There is no restriction on which part contains which frame from the save file. All parts can be used to draw the same frame or any of them can be left empty.

AUTOPLOT, screen control in

Screen control is provided by two commands: REDRAW and SCREEN.

SCREEN simply clears the screen, and displays the Command? prompt. All association between data elements and line style and colour is l Text and key elements are also removed, unless they have been kept.

REDRAW clears the screen and regenerates the picture, displaying all elements that are currently switched ON.

AUTOPLOT

----------------------------------- Photon Help ----

A[UTOPLOT]

AUTOPLOT can now be used from within PHOTON. In command mode, type A to enter AUTOPLOT. The whole range of AUTOPLOT commands are then available to the user. To finish AUTOPLOT and return to PHOTON, type E.

Note that each time you switch between PHOTON and AUTOPLOT it is necessary to reload files (phi, patgeo &c).
