ShapeMaker Arrayed Shapes

The ShapeMaker permits to make multiple copies objects in X and Y directions.

For a example we shall create a rectangular plate with conical holes.

For this purpose we can choose "Cylinder" shape from the list. Then it is necessary to close the "Cylinder parameters" dialogue box by pressing of "Exit" button. ShapeMaker - Viewer image a conical cylinder.

Further it should selects the "Invert geometry" check box from "Geometry" group box controls. The ShapeMaker - Viewer show one conical orifice into a cube.

Next it should make active the "Arrayed object parameters" dialogue box from "Edit/Array" menu item.

Next reset number of copies "in X direction" and "in Y direction" values from "Number of copies" group box of controls as 3 and 2.

Specify a distance between copied objects in "in X direction" and "in Y direction" edit controls from "Displacement, meters" as 1 and 1. ShapeMaker - Viewer image a rectangular plate with conical holes.
